Erin Wood, FNP-C
Erin Wood is a Family Nurse Practitioner who provides excellent care for the whole family. She loves connecting with patients throughout the lifespan and equipping them to be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves through holistic, patient centered care. Erin has a huge heart for the pediatric and adolescent population. She is passionate about empowering her patients to become advocates for their own health and develop healthy habits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Erin grew up in the small town of North Pole, Alaska, where running from moose was not an uncommon experience. She earned her degree in business and economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. After graduation, Erin decided to go a different direction and pursue a career in which she could make a more meaningful difference in the lives of others, which led her straight to nursing. She graduated at the top of her class from Vanderbilt University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
When not at work, you can find her throwing around weights at Crossfit with her favorite Women's Health specialist, Samantha. She loves connecting with new people and doing anything outside. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends, her husband and her sweet puppy, Shiloh.
