In January 2000, Dr. Jon E. L. Ermshar founded WellSpring Family Practice. Since then, our practice has grown to a multi-provider, Level II Primary Care Medical Home.

The philosophy is one that embraces state-of-the-art standards of care in modern Allopathic medicine. Patients are encouraged to learn as much about their diseases as possible and are educated to use all the tools of treatment available to them to improve their condition including agressive lifestyle modifications and modern medical interventions.
